I did all the these things you listed last September. After you have been to the top of Jungfraujoch, you can get off the train at Kleine Scheidegg and walk back down to Wengen. See the town and then get on the train from Wengen down to Lauterbrunnen. All depends how much walking you are into. So much to see and do.
